Front bumper fabricated and fitted opinions please I realise it may look a bit squint or not level but then the rest of the car might be but I'm happy with it so far 😀

Hi Dazza
Is there no way you can level it up?

I'm sure I could space one side out to match the other

On all my builds i drill the bumper holes in the tub 8mm instead of 6mm that way I can adjust the bumper spacing. vertical wise I sometimes have to slide a thin washer between the bumper rail and the floor to get it perfectly level.

Its something worth doing Dazza as you will be a lot prouder of your build at the end of the day

Yeah I've drilled 8mm rather than 6mm so will shim it with washers and see how I go

There's something not quite right there Dazza, the top of the bumper should touch and line up with the tops of the dumb irons/false chassis ends behind it.

I thought that but now I'm thinking that it might need a few adjustments done to make right I think the chassis ends I fitted a bit high it is only screwed as I remember thinking that at the time but I was going to wait till bumper was on I now know it needs adjusted

Classic Mini wipers are fairly small and might work?
